Meet Mario

Mario, Practice Manager

Mario is an experienced veterinary professional who combines a lifelong passion for animal care with strong leadership skills. After earning his DVM in Colombia in 1998, he spent over 18 years in North America as a Veterinary Technician and Head Technician before graduating with a Master’s in Business from Michigan State University, specializing in Supply Chain Management.

Today, as Practice Manager, Mario is committed to creating a welcoming, collaborative environment where patient care comes first. He especially enjoys educating clients about dental health and nutrition and is passionate about continuing to grow in veterinary management, with aspirations of pursuing a PhD in business.

Outside of work, Mario loves exploring the outdoors through camping, hiking, and canoeing, and relaxing at home with his seven-year-old Standard Poodle, Jackson. He also hopes to one day get involved with local shelters to support animals in need.
